Happy new year to you too.

You will have to set up a Database Access Descriptor (DAD) while using iAS or the Apache listener that comes with the database.

When setting it up, there is are some fields that will have to filled out: name the dad; username needs to have the schema name in which you loaded the psp; and password for the schema.

So, what you get is something like this:

    DAD name: db_packages
    USERNAME: scott
    PASSWORD: tiger

Would recommend stopping and re-starting Apache/iAS at this point.

    From your browser try:

    http://<my_web_server>/pls/db_packages/psp_name

    Hope this helps.

and if you want to call PL/SQL and pass in parameters just do the following

    http://<my_web_server>/pls/db_packages/psp_name&PARAM1=100&PARAM2=300

Note that the parameter names have to be the same as the parameter names in the procudure.

    regards
