I have created the 3rd table to make it One to many
tblStudy, tblImplemenation, and tblSite ( 2 one to many relationship)
tblStudy have StudyNO as PK
tblSite have SiteNo as PK
tblImplementation have StudyNO & SiteNo as PK
Now, i don't know how to create form from this relationship. Do i create form based on tblStudy PK or tblImplementation ? Pls.....Help me out here.
Create a form that is based on tblImplementation. Make it the subform of a form based on either tblStudy or tblSite. Link the master and child fields between the two forms. They should link automatically when you drag the subform onto the main form. You will only have to display, on the subform, the field that is not included in the main form linking relationship. The field that is not included on the subform will automatically be added whenever you add a new record to the subform, even if it is not visible.
