Unanswered: Query Calculations Are Off .. Why?

I am trying to do some simple calculations in a query in access .. basically this:

    Hourly_Salary1: [People_Salary]![salary]/[standard_hoursperyear]

So when i run the query .. it comes out slightly high .. if i make the [standard_hoursperyear] constant .. it still is off .. if I make the [salary] field constant .. bingo .. works.

So something is funky w/ that field.

    Any suggestions?

Are both fields numeric? MAybe leave away People_Salary as you are using Hourly_Salary1 in your querie.
