    Unanswered: clearing table values

this may be a simple question, but i just can't figure it out. I have a database who's entries need to be cleared to zero at the end of every year. I would prefer to do this than just delete all records as there is some data that needs to be saved. I can't simply highlight all the cells in the table and press clear/zero. How can I do this?

An update query is something you can use.
    Design a new query.
    Select your table.
Then choose Query from the menu items and pick Update Query.
Now you can select the field you want to 'zero'.
Update to: Set this to Zero or ""
Criteria: The criteria can be set (or left blank if you want every record's value to be zeroed), then then run the query.
This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it.
