    http://localhost.localdomain:7777/isqlplus

    http://localhost.localdomain:7777/isqlplus still not working
    What I get is this:
Connection refused when attempting to connect to localhost.
Is there any serious ORACLE Guru in here who can help me?

Enumerate all the items which must be functioning for this operation to succeed and the verify each one is in fact operational.

    Is a database actually installed?
    Is the database actually operational?
    Is Apache installed?
    Is Apache operational?
Upon which port Apache is listening?

    Red face http://localhost.locadomain:7777/isqlplus

    I tried everything like below
    http://localhost.locadomain:7777/isqlplus
    http://localhost.locadomain/isqlplus
    http:/127.0.0.1/isqlplus
    http:/127.0.0.1:7777/isqlplus
    http:/127.0.0.1:7778/isqlplus
    http:/127.0.0.1:7778
but didnt work, I believe that the problem is somewhere else.
When I try this:http://localhost.locadomain or http:/127.0.0.1, I get a web page that says...if your the administrator and seeing this page....blah blah blah...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have a database that is installed and running fine
I can connect to it using SQLPLUS and WORKSHEET.
Apache is there, I start it and close it with apachetcl1 start/stop
When I test it with apacheconfigtest I get syntax ok
The only thing is isqlplus that I cannot use it... that drives me..................GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
    listener.ora 1521
    httpd.conf 7777
    Is this the problem?

Truly, that metalink link thing is just not allowing me to subscribe to it.

You appear to be trying ports 7777 and 7778

Check $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/setupinfo.txt to confirm which port you should be using.

I assume you are running the browser on the server and attempting a loopback.

Ok apply this command to ensure if apache is started:

    ps -ax

    and reply the results

Apart from that you must check what port is using Apache. You can check it out here:

    <ORACLE_HOME>/apache/apache/conf/httpd.conf

    fined ur port number

u should put the port number .
as a default the port number is 7778 or 7777,but sometimes oracle uses different port, any way to know ur port number search for a file called portlists or just ports (any file have the letters port ) open it and find ur port number(apache port) then use it in :
    http://hostort/isqplus
dont forget to start apache server before every thing

I suggest you show a minor amount of initiative.
Do a keyword search on Google for "ISQLPLUS INSTALLATION"
Read some of the 2000+ postings on this topic & follow their directions
