    Unhappy Unanswered: Query Help

I have a problem with a program in Access, I have a table that lists billing records and has a date field, and I have a report that will show all the billing records with todays date as "Date()" but it lists all the records, it doesn't matter what I put in the Criteria field like Between 1/2/03 And 1/3/03 or #1/9/04# and nothing works. I've tried also WHERE MyDate = Date(). Can anyone help? It just keeps on displaying all the records, as if the date in the where statement wasn't even there
