    Access Help give the following example...

    Dim rptCurrentReport As Report
    Set rptCurrentReport = Screen.ActiveReport
    MsgBox "Current report is " & rptCurrentReport.Name

    Yes, that works IF focus is in the report...

    And as I don't know if that will always be there, I'm affraid with this MS sample.

    Long ago, I wrote a macro for MS Excel that crunched a lot of test data. One of the things I had to do was switch between spreadsheets by selecting it from the window menu.

    I looked quickly in Access Help, but didn't see anything. Perhaps you can figure out programattically what objects are available on the menu item Window.
