    Angry Unanswered: oratab.sh script

We are installing Oracle 9i on AIX and are instructed to execute the oratab.sh file from the "orainst" directory on the CD. We cannot find the orainst directory. Where would this be located? What CD?

It may just want to create the /etc/oratab that contains a list of ORACLE_SIDs on the machine and their ORACLE_HOMEs (and the Y|N flag for instance startup at boot), but that should be done by the root.sh script (in the ORACLE_HOME) ...

    Which ora version, 9.2.x?
