    Unanswered: "median" function in Access (esp. reports...)

    Hello
    It has been a while since I last used access, but I seem to remember that there was a way to perform median calculations. I can't seem to remember what it is. I need it to show up on a report, so it would be something that would be a sub-report type thing, or if there is a way to do the actual calculation on the report, that would be fine, too.
    THANKS

    Are you perhaps thinking of the DAvg function?

    Median in Access SQL

    Something like the code below has worked well for me. And the nice thing is that it's all done in SQL.

    SELECT LAST(Number)
    FROM (SELECT TOP 50 PERCENT Number
    FROM tblList
    WHERE Number<>''
    ORDER BY Number);
