Unanswered: Removing White Space Not From the Field, but the Report

    One last question...

In the address I am printing on my report, the city field is printing a bunch of white space after it before printing the comma. I went back and looked at the table and there's a bunch of white space after the city in the field. I can't alter the table since it is linked from an outside program, so what's the code I should put in the report to eliminate all the white space at the end? I have already concatenated the City, State, and Zip on the report as follows:

    =[City] & ", " & [State] & " " & [Zip_Code]

    Thanks,
    Joe

Real quick off the top....Try this:

    Code:
    =IIF([IsNull([City]), [State] & " " & [Zip_Code], [City] & ", " & [State] & " " & [Zip_Code])

use the TRIM function to erase unneeded spaces.
