Unanswered: Help!! Newbie over his head!

Could someone take a quick look at the sample DB I've attached and give me some advise to my problem.
Form 1 is set-up as I wanted, I thought I had everything linked right, but now I am getting an error everytime I use the controls on the form.
I also know that I have a huge issue with my DB structure.
The form simply is a data input tool for us to track distribution of products by account. I'm sure there is an easier way.
The next steps for me on this project is to link sales data ( by account)and compare against the authorized items. If an item is authorized but shows no sales, I know we have a distribution issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
    Thanks

Combo1 should not have a control source.

You also need to handle the quotes.

Doesn't it have to have a control source to find the authorized items for that account?
I'm confused as to why it wqorked fine for a little while and then blew up?

    Thanks, Paul

ACCOUNTNAME is an indexed primary key in the table Auth.
It is set to not allow duplicates.

If you bind this control to the control source [ACCOUNTNAME] - then you would be creating duplicates values everytime you change this value.

"Doesn't it have to have a control source to find the authorized items for that account?" - No, it is populated by the control's Row Source property.

Search help for more info on both of these properties.

    Thanks for your help

    Thanks, I'll look into it.
What I was hoping to have the form do is...
    1) show the authorized items when the account is pulled up
    2) let the end-user update the authorized items when neccessary.

    Regards, Paul
