Unanswered: Not some....but all of my fields repeated

I am looking to write a query in which there are 4 pertinent fields. I only want to see the records where all 4 of these fields contain more than a single instance.

    Before (4 fields):

    1............2..............3..............4
    A............B..............C.............D
    A............B.............C.............Z
    D............D.............D.............D
    E............E..............Z.............Z
    A............B..............C.............D

    Result:
    A............B..............C.............D
    A............B..............C.............D

    Thanks for the help!

Are those all the fields in the table? Is there no primary key?

There are numerous other fields. Unfortunately, there is no primary key. In fact, it is what i am trying to establish by combining these 4 fields. By finding the duplicates and consolidating them, I hope to make their combination into a primary key.
