    Unanswered: best book on mysql

May someone advise on the best book available out there about MySql ?

My background : I'm Oracle DBA/Developer with 7 years of experience, so i'm not really interested in a book that spends 300 pages explaining "what a relational db is" since i know it already ;-) ... best one would be something "MySql for Oracle people" or "MySql for database professionals".

By the way : Is the documentation well written ?

    Thanks in advance

An experienced DBA should have no problem picking up this:

    http://www.mysql.com/documentation/m...ter/index.html

It's the meatiest documentation that you will find, book or otherwise.

I've browsed through it - excellent.

    Thank you very much!
