Unanswered: Please Help!!! After SQL Database restore it is marked as "in Load"?

    Hello Friends

I had a really big Problem.
Sorry about my Englisch, came from Austria.

After a SQL Database Restore, who ends with no faults, i cannot connect to it.

In the Enterprise Manager it is marked as "in load" and in the Errorlogfile stand following.

"Bypassing Recovery für Database "WINLINE" because it is marked "in load"?

What does it mean! Please help!!
    Thanks for all answers

Say hello to arnold for me :-). Was this backed up/restored to the same sql server instance ? Please describe what prompted the restore and the process used to restore. Also, what version of sql server (including sp) are you using ?

    Hi

Ok, we are using SQL Server 7 SP3 on Windows 2000 Server Sp3.
We make a daily complete backup of the described Database.
I take this and make a restore with the options:
enforce backup over the existing Database
    and
Do not run Database. Further Transaktionlogs can be restore.
Then i run the restore und after a view minutes, he prompt.

Database restore was created successfully, or so.
    No Faults!
Then i would connect to the Database in the Enterprise Manager, beside the Name of the Database i have a "in load" and can do nothing.
In the SQL Logfiles i have the following entry:

"BYpassing recovery for Database "WINLINE" because it is markad IN LOAD."
I have no Idea what it means.

    Thanks for your answer.
