    Unanswered: Error on Form

    I have a form with a combo box and several check boxes on it. The combo box lists accounts within a data table. The checkboxes signifies whether a product we produce is authorized within the account.
    The form is to serve 2 purposes; 1) Lets the end-user select the account and see which items are authorized and 2) allows the user to easily update which items are authorized within each account.
    I thought I had it worked out, but now I'm getting the error below
    on the rs.FindFirst "[ACCOUNTNAME] = '" & Me![Combo74] & "'" line.
    I think it is happening because it is trying to produce a duplicate record. I do not want it to do so, I just want it to keep track of any changes within the original record?

    Private Sub Combo1_AfterUpdate()
    ' Find the record that matches the control.
    Dim rs As Object

    Set rs = Me.Recordset.Clone
    rs.FindFirst "[ACCOUNTNAME] = '" & Me![Combo74] & "'"
    Me.Bookmark = rs.Bookmark
    End Sub

    Any help would be gretly appreciated!

    Thanks, PB

    Re: Error on Form

    My bad, I just figured out why I was getting the error, it was because some of my account names had an apostrophe in it.
    Is there any way to get around that? I'd like for the Account name to be clean and formatted how we are used to see it?

    Thanks, Paul
