    Wink Unanswered: Access 2000 runtime

Can't get Accss runtime to work!!!.

Run set-up for the runtime installer (Access2KRT.exe)
Copied a xxx.mde to working directory and tried to open it...
But all I get is a blank screen...

    Any help would be welcome....

Do you have an autoexec macro that launches a menu or switchboard?

No. Is that the problem, and are they simple to setup?

You can use the switchboard wizard to create a switchboard or create your own menu form to give the user access to the forms and reports, but before you go to that trouble, do a simple test.

Create a form with a button that will quit the application (docmd.quit).
Create a macro that will open that form.
    Call that macro Autoexec
Make the mde and run it
If that form does not come up, then you have a problem
