Cool Unanswered: Print on network printer

    Hi!

    I have a Access 2000 with a rapport I want to print.
I have three network printers, Pt1, Pt2, Pt3 one of them are the default printer, Pt1.
They are all visible in the PC printer window.
I don’t want to use the default printer on the PC, Pt1 and I don’t want to change the default printer to another. I want to print on the printer who have the name \\server1\pt3 .
I also want to print the rapport in the background out of focus.
Please can someone help me in a pedagogic way!

    Thanks

Open your report in design view. Click on File in the menu bar. Choose "Page Setup" and then click on the Page tab. Click on "Use specific printer" and then click on the "Printer..." button and choose the printer you want the report to print to.
