    MS Access DTPicker help

I'm new to this [Access 2000], my knowledge of programming is minimal, and what I do know is self-taught.

Is there any simple way to "turn off" the time part of the DTPicker so that it captures only the date in the table? I have chosen the DTPicker for space constraints. I don't have room for Monthview or Calendar Controls - unless there is a way to turn one of them into a dropdown [or picker, or whatever the technical term is...]. Help, please. Thanks.
