    Unanswered: isql -s,

    Hi there

specifying -s, on the isql command line I can open the output in Excel as a .csv file (each column is separated). However I have created a heading for each column and this is not separating using the -s,

    select substring(loginname, 1, 20) as 'Login ID',
lastused +' ' as 'Last Used',
    substring(isnull(goald_access, ''), 1, 20) as 'GOALD Access',
    substring(isnull(appln_access, ''), 1, 20) as 'Application Access'
    from audit_logins_usage

    so the output looks like:

LOGIN ID Last used Goald Access App Acesss
    XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
    XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
    XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
    Thanks

Ignore how the output looks - its create above! Basically the data is one column over from the headers.

    Thanks

which version are you using ? Type isql -v

By me, it's running fine :

    Code:
    C:\>isql -Usa -P -S SQL_ASE -s, -itest.sql
    ,MyName ,myType,
    ,------------------------------,----,
    ,sysobjects ,S ,
    ,sysindexes ,S ,
    ,syscolumns ,S ,
    ,systypes ,S ,
    ,sysprocedures ,S ,
