    Unanswered: Access Date Select Problem

    Hello,

    I'm having a problem select particular records in my Access 2000 DB.
    What I want to do is select records for a particular date:

    SELECT * from events where format(scheduled,'dd/mm/yyyy') = #12/8/2003# ;

    This returns no results where there are events scheduled on the 12/8/2003. Is there a date comparision function I'm not aware of? Thanks

    the title "How to Format Any Date As U.S. Date Regardless of Regional Settings" is sure to put some people off

    my favourite way of entering access dates is in ISO standard format: yyyy-mm-dd

    not only does access have no problem interpreting it, regardless of regional setting, but neither does any other database i've ever worked with

    it's not an international standard for nothing, eh
