    Cool Unanswered: String

I have a string, I want to write it to a text file, it functions good, but ACCE$$ inserts ["] at the begginnig and ["] at the end of the string in the text file. How could I prevent inserting these two. CHR(34) ?
    Thanks

I see you are a 'Grand Poobah' and all and so I feel stupid asking, but are you exporting to a text file, with quotes around text fields turned on ?

    Never mind asking any question.
No the text I export to a text file does not have quotes. But I export it just as string, and it will be written between quotes.

The Write call adds double quotes around strings per definition. The simliar Print call does not.
