Samba's 'SMBSH' feature for establishing access to Windows 2000 shares doesn't seem to be present after installing to Solaris 8 x86. I have been unsuccessful in finding and utilizing SMBSH which is said to be installed with the package from 'Sunfreeware'. I have been using Solaris 8 as a Samba file server to provide resources TO Windows 2000 users but vice-versa is a frustrating disappointment. Any advise ? How exactly can I mount a file system to then access a windows share if SMBSH cannot be found ? Also, I downloaded that source code but could not find the usual configure and make files to compile. ex: ./configure --prefix=/usr.local/samba --with-smbwrapper
