Question Unanswered: check if queries are in use?

hi, is there a way with vba to check which queries in the current are NOT used/referenced by any of the other queries, or any forms or reports in that particular db?

(interesting to know if it could be done on a remote db as well, but not for my current need)

    Hello kedaniel,

Access 2003 allows you to check the dependencies of any database object, so you'd need to upgrade to that. I don't think there's another solution.Hope this helps.

Yes, thanks, useful to know. Do you know if one can run a general check on all objects of type x, y and z to get a list?
If one does not use 2003 oneself (yet), at least one can run a check on a different machine if needed.

Yes, you can check dependencies of tables, queries, forms and reports. See http://www.microsoft.com/office/acce.../overview.mspx for more information.
