After I installed Oracle 9i and tried to start Management Server service, I got:
Could not start the OracleOraManagement Server service on local computer.
The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or
an internal service error. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
How can I solve this problem?

    Not totally certain, but ...
Do you actually need the management server (are you running the full AS version?) or could it be you just need the standalone version of the Enterprise Manager?

    Hi Todd,
I need The Management Server to be running because if use
Enterprise Manager Console as standalone, I can't use Data Management feature, but I need it to import and export data by ODBC
    to other DB.
    Thanks,
