Unanswered: Oracle Developer 2000 Report 6.0

    Hi All,

In Oracle Developer 2000 Report 6.0 , I would like to print '0000' against the NULL value of a column of a table, where column type is NUMBER with size 4 and for the values size less the 4 print them with a leading zero/s . See the Follwing exam :

    Item
    -------
    0290
    9786
    0000
    0098

How to implement this format ?

    Thanks

    JD

To convert NULL to zero use NVL(column,0).

To display in format 0000 set the field format mask to 0000.
