Red face Unanswered: Convert SQL Server to Oracle

I must to convert to convert some procedure wrote in Access but I do know how.

For example, I have this "Select DISTINCT TOP 100 PERCENT ..."
and I don't know the similar syntax for Oracle.

TOP corresponding to LIMIT in mysql and I suppose that I can remove it but I'm not sure.

Somoene can help me or can bring me a website with a MSSQL syntax description ????

    Thanx a lot.
