Unanswered: multiple records problem.. help! thanks

    Hi,

I have a problem.. I have a database which the user enters in records. Under each record you can add inspections to it..

    ie..

    Record1....Field1....Field2....Field3....FIeld4
    ..Inspec1...Field5..Field6..Field7
    ..Inspec2...Field8..Field9..Field10

    Record2.... etc..

I have a few reports which base on the count of certain fields...

The user has came back and told me that .. that is the wrong count of inspections..

In the inspection records.. theres a field called.. "ACC" - here the user enters in a number.
The number the user inputs is the number of inspections duplicates there are...

    ie..

If field Acc = 5 for Inspec1 then

    ..Inspec1...Field5..Field6..Field7
    ..Inspec1...Field5..Field6..Field7
    ..Inspec1...Field5..Field6..Field7
    ..Inspec1...Field5..Field6..Field7
    ..Inspec1...Field5..Field6..Field7

    for Record1.

All my reports are counts based on inspections of the first group of data...

Is there a way to make my reports think that there are actually 5 inspections there instead of 1

kinda hard to explain.. if you need to see the mdb let me know..

    sorry for the long post..

    thanks ..
