    Hi,

    I have not faced this error before but I guess that by increasing the value of PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET should solve your problem.

    I am not able to see the current value for PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET
    select name,value from v$parameter where name LIKE 'PGA'
    select name,value from v$parameter where name LIKE 'PGA'

    Sorry i am using oracle 8.1.7
    I think pga_aggregate_target is only for oracle 9i

    select name,value from v$parameter where name LIKE 'pga%';
    the query is giving value for oracle 9, but not for oracle 8.1.7
