    Unanswered: MS Access 97 Mailing Labels

    After I have set up my information in the "Table" field and created a report. I am trying to figure a way out to repeat this information across and all the way down per page. Is there a way to make one entry to repeat itself all the way down.

    I am trying to use 1" X 4" (5161)

    Please help

    I picture that you are trying to make return address labels. I created a table called LabelNumber that has one field called LabelNum which is a long integer and is the primary key. I added 10 rows:

    LabelNum
    1
    2
    3
    4
    5
    6
    7
    8
    9
    10

    I created a query that has the customer's name and mailing address. I added in the LabelNumber table without any joins. Using this to make a label report, I now have a report with 10 labels. It may not be elegant, but it works.

    You may be able to specify a printer and change the default copies to however many you want. I have not tried this second option.
