What's the license mode you chose at the time of installation?

    Hi,

    Thanks for ur reply

From Control Panel/Licensing applet. i found.

    for product Sql Server 7
per server for 255 concurrent connections

does this 255 concurrent connections means 255 user licenses?

    pls suggest

    TIA

No, it means exactly what it says, - 255 concurrent. Those connections may be initiated by 1 user, and once there, noone else will be able to connect. Instead, they will be getting license-related error message and connection will not be established.
