    dba_objects table will give u last modified date

    You can write a simple trigger for that.

    for e.g

    (1) create a samll sample table with only one column with data type of DATE.
    (2) Now create a DML trigger on the table you want to get the last_modified info and use the table above to insert the date and time whenever it gets modified.
