I have a table in SQL Server 2000 that has fields with a data type of Decimal (Precision set to 28). These fields typically contain data that have 4 decimal places.

When I create a linked table in A2000/AXP these fields are automatically set to a General data type format and the data is truncated to 2 decimal places.

Does anyone know how I fix this problem, bearing in mind that I want to keep the linked tables.

Thanks - Andy
