macro and loader because i need to run it every day, sometimes i forget
    and its not good
can it be done let say every day at 8:30 am

    Thanks a lot

access' millisecond timer is overkill for a once-a-day job.

take your wannabe scheduled code into another dedicated .mdb and run it from the the windows scheduler.

    else

find someplace in your application where users must go regularly (e.g. the "switchboard" if you use the ghastly things, or some other "home" form).
private sub whatever_load() 'or some other frequent event
if job has not run for > 24 hours then

save the last run datetime in a table somewhere so all users can "see" it
