Hi All,

Still very new to Access. I added a Sum function on my form to sum up values entered through the form. My Sum function works well on the form but the data is not showing on the table associated with the form. How do I fix this?

Could you elaborate on your 'Sum function' and how you are using it.
What field(s) are you summing up?

Basically, it's a table that keeps track of Liquor, beer, and wine sales. Values are entered from the form for columns(item, quantity, and total) i.e

Liquor row =[LiquorQty]*[LiqPrice]
Beer row =[BeerQty]*[BeerPrice]
Wine row =[WineQty]*[WinePrice
Total =CCur([LiquorQty]*[LiqPrice]+[BeerQty]*[BeerPrice]+[WineQty]*[WinePrice])

The item and quantity row are being recorded in the table but the total column containing these values above are not showing in the table. I want all values entered recorded in the table.

Thanks

What is bound / unbound?

Wine row =[WineQty]*[WinePrice]
Total =CCur([LiquorQty]*[LiqPrice]+[BeerQty]*[BeerPrice]
+[WineQty]*[WinePrice])
row??

Why are you storing a computed value? Just store the fields needed for the computation and compute when reporting or on the form.
