    Unanswered: Mailing list

    Im trying to create a report which allows the user to specify the clients he/she wants to put on a mailing list - i know how to create an ordinary mail list but i dont know how to allow the user to specify the client who are on the list - Has anyone ne ideas??

    Hi Jill

    I havnt used the mailing list and mail merge for a llllooonngg time so bear with me please but as an idea why not set an extra record per name so that you can arrange the people with either a tick box selected off a query or use a A,B,C system where A is all points mail, B may be a select few, C could be a specific department and so on

    ive done something like that before and it makes for a very easy life when doing a mailshot
