    Unanswered: Blob Field Problem

I'm trying to write some hexadecimal data out to a blob field using Delphi 4.

I can make it work in MySQL perfectly but if I try to do it into a paradox 7 db table (into a memo field) only a portion of the data gets stored.

The code used is exactly the same only the table component and the tables it uses are different.

    Any suggestions?

Could it be that the size of your blob field available in MySQL is larger then that of paradox? I am not sure but maybe that is a thing to look at?

    Possibly...I'll check that.

However, having looked at the data I'm trying to store it seems to stop when it comes across a null. Is there some issue with storing a null bytes in Paradox Memo fields?
