Unanswered: FileMaker error over Terminal Services

A client is having problems running FileMaker over Terminal Services. They are receiving two errors:

    1. “Filename.fp5 can not be opened (Error 6)”
    2. FileMaker Application error – “The memory could not read”

Does anyone know what this means? Where can I find out what Error 6 means?

Hi, jmoo2! I don't have much experience w/Windows so can only take a wild guess, but can it be a permissions error? I'm not sure what Terminal Services are, but perhaps Windows is restricting access to the running of the application, the accessing of restricted protected memory, or a settings directory of some kind... just a wild, uneducated guess. If it were a FileMaker error, I could probably look that up for you and tell you what it means but it looks like those are coming from the OS.
