    Welcome to the Board!

    Give this a go:
    Code:
    Sub PasswordBreaker()

        ' Breaks worksheet password protection.
' Original (?)by Bob McCormick on NG:
        ' microsoft.public.excel.misc on 22 May 2001.
' Adapted for workbook passwords Norman Harker 19 Nov 2002
' Breaks workbook and worksheet password protection.
' Works for either workbook or worksheet passwords or both
' if the passwords are the same.
' If passwords are different then
' systematically "comment out" the nested if functions

        Dim intPress As Integer

intPress = MsgBox("Preparing to disable your password...", _
                vbQuestion + vbOKCancel, "Password Breaker")

You asked for a worksheet protection crack first.

For an Excel workbook you'll most likely need a commercial solution. That's code you're not going to find openly.

A Google search will turn up a bunch. Most are about $30-45.

    That's probably the best around.

Not much help, but keeping your passwords consistent really helps. You can alse keep a master list of them where noone's going to get at them. I use Outlook for my boss as he can't remember any of his.
