Unanswered: Help, error when starting Access application

Error = The expression on load you enter as the event property setting produced the following error 'object or class does not support the set of events'.

The application has been installed and working happily on Win 98 machine for some time, we have been asked to installed it on a second Win 98 machine which is producing the above error.

We believe the problem relates to a date time picker object when trying to set the date to todays date.

We believe we have installed successfully the appropriate OCX 'mscomct2.ocx'.

This has to be something stupid that we are missing we just can't find it, HELP!

    Frenchy.

Step thru the code and note which line of code genereates the error ... Then act appropriately.

Yep done that, it is when it tries to set the date to todays date, we have made a breakthrough by deleting and recreating the object using the exact same properties and bingo it has now decided to work, looks like a bug to me......
