Simple question guys, which im starting to guess may be answered with a simple no.
Is there an easy way to attach word documents to an simple access database? Currently I have a field with links to the original file on my pc's hard drive. However I need to distribute this as a read only db, and we dont have share point or anyother LAN based group working software. I want a field that contains for example, the name of a file, and when this is clicked on, that documnent opens in ms word, but the document has to be stored somewhere inside the db, and not is a separate folder.
Incase it isnt obvious Im not a programmer / db developer (i.e newb)
all help appreciated, if its not possible a simple no will suffice
