    Unanswered: Oracle wierd error at login time

    Hi,

    I am getting a wierd error.
    I have run catalog.sql & catproc.sql .

    This is the error i am getting

    ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
    ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of XDB.DBMS_XDBZ0
    ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
    ORA-06512: at line 2
    ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
    ORA-06512: at line 2

    I appreciate if some help me how to get out of this mess.

    I've seen similar errors when upgrading a database. Did you recently upgrade or patch the database? If you have, did you run "catpatch.sql"?

    got it working at last

    I need to run these commands.
    after trunning these commands my database iw working fine

    ALTER SYSTEM SET "_SYSTEM_TRIG_ENABLED"=FALSE
    @/opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/rdbms/admin/catalog.sql
    @/opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/rdbms/admin/catproc.sql
    ALTER SYSTEM SET "_SYSTEM_TRIG_ENABLED"=TRUE

    Had to do similar when upgrading on AIX 5L...
