    Unanswered: Missing Menu Bar

I have one user who has 'lost' her menu bar (FILE/EDIT etc...) in all of her Access databases.
This issue is limited to her machine only.

Any database that she tries to open, I can open on everyone else's PC and the Menus are there.
When I right click on her toolbar, and select "Customize", I see she is missing the selection "Menu Bar" !! Well, it makes sense that that is the reason she has no menu !!

How can I get it back ?

    Can you please advise ?

    Thanks!
    Michael

if you look up AllowFullMenus and AllowBuiltinToolbars , perhaps you will find what you need.

    Startup options are OK.

The problem appears that when you right click on the main menu bar, and choose Customize, one of the choices is supposed to be "MENU BAR".
    This option is not there.

We did a reinstall of Office and Access, it still isn't appearing.

    Thanks for trying hammbakka !!
