Question Unanswered: Equivalent to time datatype in DB2???

    hi friends,

do anyone know the equivalent datatype in SQL server to 'time' datatype in DB2? For your information, 'time' datatype allows to store only hh:mm:ss.

    Appreciate your help.

thanks for the quick reply. i think i'm not clear in my previous mail. I found a datatype named 'time' which allows to store the time in 'hh:mm:ss' format. I am using DB2 UDB 8.1. I like to know the equivalent to this in the MSSQL server 2000, since i want to do the migration.
