    Unanswered: How To make access stand alone

    I have an MS Access 2002 application. Can I make a stand alone application with Visual Studio 6.0. I know I have to use Office Developer Edition. But I don't have that. I have Visual Studio 6.0.

    Any Help

    I think your gonna have to get the Developer kit for this.

    Is There a way I can make use of Visual Studio 6.0 without going for Developer Kit.

    Yes I believe you can have VB link to an Access databases tables.

    Or of course you could write ASP Web pages to do the same thing and then anyone anywhere in the world could log in and use it and you wouldn't have to install anything on each user's computer.

    You can make a Front End with Visual Studio 6 but then, get ready for a bunch of coding.
