Unanswered: displaying a field name on a form

How can I show the name of a field in a textbox on a form? (not a subform)

    Thanks!

Are you referring to a DAO field, ADO field or form control?

To be quite honet with you, I have no idea. The field name I am referring to would be the name of a field found as the heading of a column in a table.

So you want to display the value of the field in one text box AND the name of the source field in another text box right?

    OK...
in the control source of the textbox that you want to display the fieldname:

    =[txtXXX].[ControlSource]

where txtXXX is the name of the text box displaying the field value.
    Hope that's what you needed.
