Unanswered: Newbie question: binding data to a text box

I'm needing help with the following issue:

I have two tables, Employee and Service_Request. I created two basic forms which display the contents of each form.

The Service_Request table contains the foreign key, EmployeeID. Since I do not want to display just the EmployeeID on the Service_Request form, how do I display the LastName within the Employee table? My thought is that I add a text box to the Service_Request form and then somehow map the data (use the Expression Builder) to get at the data within the Employee table.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

One way is to use a combo box instead. Base it on a query of the employee table with the name as the first column and key as the second. Bind the combo box to the second column and have column widths of 2;0. You can replace the 2 with whatever looks good.
