    Unanswered: Time Picker

    Hi,

Do we have an exclusive Time Picker only, I am using the Calendar control for selecting date, Is there any similar control which will help the user to select a particular time instead of manually entering it?

I have no idea what a time picker would look like. How do you want it to look? I like to draw it on paper first then create a form with the needed controls...

Do you want them to pick from a list?
How small do you want the graduations? Minutes, Hours, 15 min blocks, seconds, ...
    Would a combo box suffice?

Really, you have to figure out how you want it to look unless someone else has any ideas on the design. The design is usually the hard part. Making the form is usually much easier.

It could probably look like the Time listbox in the Windows Date&Time property. The main aim is to let the user select the time of his choice the format can be like "10:08:27 AM"

MS is using the control, so it is available, but I haven't used that for 8 years. I would just create form with a sunken box in the background with 4 boarderless text boxes for hour, minute, second, and am/pm. I would create 2 label boxes for the colons ( and two buttons that will increment or decrement the values of the control that had focus last. That is if I wanted to look like the picture below.

You could use combo boxes too. The values only go up to max 60.
