Unanswered: command line batch script(win2000) causing login problems

I have been running batch scripts from the command line (windows 2000) for several weeks with no problems. However recently I ran the script (I slightly modify it each time) and it just kept showing the command line over and over until I closed the window:

    M:\mysql -u root -p 0<MyScript.sql

I'm not sure how the 0 got there, but anyways now when I try to login to mysql, I get the same problem even though I am not trying to run the script. If I remove the file and try to login it says it can't find the file but still won't let me in to the mysql shell.

I've only made small changes to the script and I don't think there are errors in it. I've tried resetting my computer and the mysql server but they don't seem to help.

Never mind I forgot I created a bat file in the root directory and stupidly named it mysql so it was calling the bat file rather than the shell when I typed mysql from the command line.
