    Unanswered: Form Source control issue

Hopefully this makes sense.. I have a form that is not working properly. Heres the deal.

The first item on the form is a combo box.

The second item is a combo box as well. This one is used to update the table related to the form. This combo box performs a query on two tables, with the first combo box as a criteria.

The query works OK. I used a macro to check it.

The problem is with the Source control in the properties of the second combo box. When the source control is blank, It brings up the correct data from the query.
When I put a reference of where to put the data, the source contro has an input, the combo box come out blank, even though the query data is still correct.
    What is the deal???

Are you on a new record, so there is no data for the bound field?
Does the second field have a default value?

    Thanks for the reply.
It is a data entry form. So it is on a new record. No I am not using a default value. It works great until I put something in the source control, then I get nothing. I have used this set up before with just tables and it works great. I don't know if maybe a Query has something to do with it.
    Thanks again.
