    Unhappy Unanswered: Data forms

could someone please point me in the right direction. I need to create some interactive html forms and have the data that is entered stored in a database. I know how to do the html part it is the connecting to the database part that I don't quite know how to do. I don't have access to a SQL server so it would basically be stored on just a PC. Where do I need to start. You can email me at if you like.

Thanks so much for any info. I am a little desparate at this point

Well, you need to put your database on a webserver - if it's _interactive_ pages that you want. I assume it's an Access database (or you wouldn't be in this forum) and so you need a webserver that supports this. Check with your webhosting company. If they offer this they're bound to have a tutorial on it as well (i.e. on how to access your database using some scripting technique like PHP, ASP, Perl or whatever).
